Old City start-up seeks Python/DB engineer
A small start-up in Old City is looking for a smart, human-compatible technical guy to handle development, deployment, and operations of the mobile messaging application the company is building. They eventually need the whole gamut of skills: web design and development, UX, AI, yadda, yadda, yadda, but right now they're looking for someone to be the – how do I put it? – cornerstone of the product development team. The first order of business would be becoming one with the existing architecture, working with the outgoing tech lead.

The system right now is written in Pylons – a Python web app platform – as well as SQL Alchemy, Sqlite, PostgreSQL. Nothing too weird.
You get to work with some good guys in a nice casual but ambitious start-up environment in Old City.
